Peter Gentenaar, a Dutch artist who creates paper sculptures inspired by a flower bud.

I love the idea of a child growing in a flower bud. An innocent girl in a playfull cocoon.

By adding a flexible yet sturdy coax-cable to this creation I was able to make is bouncy but keep its shape when necessary. Adding the extra dimension of light to the total silhouette creates an even more playful note in this costume.
