Character based on the play  ‘The tempest’ by Shakespeare. 

Miranda and her father Prospero are living on a deserted island  being banished there by her uncle Antonio. After 12 years the time has finally come for the ultimate revenge.

The design is inspired by anything they could find on a shipwreck and the island itself. She has a boyish look because she doesn’t know anyone else besides her father.

Patchwork renaissance inspired pants with fine embroidery, jute and soft linen give the impression of a practical survival outfit on that island. Adding a seashell collar create a link between the renaissance age and scavenging the island. Natural fibers are key.
